I offer an integrated approach combining up-to-date neurobiology, psychology, and somatic techniques to support your healing journey. Together, we’ll reconnect with your inner intelligence, resolve internal conflicts, and gently release the legacy of trauma.

My clients typically work with me intensely for short periods, integrate their lessons and later return to work from a higher level of awareness.

With over 10 years of experience in psychotherapy and facilitation, I am committed to staying at the forefront of the most effective tools and techniques—both for my clients and my own continuous growth. I never use or recommend anything that I haven’t personally tested and integrated into my own work.

I can help you to understand and release the grips of traumatic events through combining the latest neuroscience and therapeutic techniques proven to aid with recovery. The Therapy Journey


If you’re interested in working with me, the first step is to book a free 45-minute Clarity Call.

This will give us the space to explore what areas you need support in and see if we’re the right fit to work together. It’s also a chance to discuss session arrangements and answer any questions.

Before the call, please complete my Therapy Questionnaire, so we have more clarity on what support you need.

If we both feel aligned, we’ll agree on a payment plan and begin sessions via Zoom. I offer flexible booking to accommodate rescheduling if needed—since life can be unpredictable at times.

A session lasts one hour, where I listen intently and work with:

Questions, reflections, and observations to bring awareness to your patterns.
Experiments and exercises to explore new perspectives and possibilities.
Awareness practices to sharpen your connection between mind, body and intuition.

For interested clients, sessions are followed up with assignments to help with integration and self-exploration.

Between sessions, I’m available via e-mail for therapy related concerns and WhatsApp for general inquiries.

I recommend new clients committing to six weekly sessions to build momentum and trust, allowing us to work at depth to uncover root causes.
